@antonia_mdprjct @aussieflya @mrfboyer It *could* include gen conditions (if fixed); fee; shared savings (accrued to contingency, if realized on early buy-outs) etc. Just saying, a well written GMP contract, with a knowledgable Owner (and semi-reputable CM), can remove almost all risk from a job.

GMP lets owner to determine risk he wants to take (when to buy, what subs to buy, etc) Lump sum is plans and specs with deep pocket GC.
