@Budget I need help we are dropping our car at Dallas Love Field TX tomorrow at 4 am our flight is at 6 is there a way to get shuttled back to the terminal ? We tried calling and your customer service does not have the answer. This has been a horrible experience since pick up.

@Budget I can’t believe how you 1. Make your customers wait over and hour for a shuttle we flew into Dallas love TX and waited over an hour for a shuttle to get to the rental car 2.we get the car and it’s filthy how do you do that ? I myself took Lysol wipes to the inside.

@AmericanAir here we go again flying home Thursday with my son and again have us not sitting together and can’t do anything Meanwhile yesterday two ladies that must work for American Airlines got to walk right up and able to sit together in the 1st seats on the plane must be nice

@AmericanAir How can you have a 9 year old child sit separate from there parent ? And than tell the parent to ask people to switch with you when you board the plane so you can sit with your child ?
