@Carlosrivier@gammaknight1 The fuck would you spend a 100 bucks on in the last 9 months with the only thing to buy being year of prophecy ultimate, and most people buy that on sale
@J5ger@bluemoonGG_ >Marathon has a very limited playerbase
Google what potential means
>concord
between the release of concord and now sony has released over a dozen games that sold millions, before concord released, they also released Helldivers 2.
Please form your own opinions and not grummz's
@J5ger@bluemoonGG_ I love how every moron on this website thinks playercount = profit considering lightfall broke their concurrent record and they were still in the red.
If you knew more about making video games than SONY where are your multibillion dollar live service games?
@J5ger@bluemoonGG_ A new game where players regularly spend 100s of hours each season is literally the meaning of growth potential when it comes to live service games
@Godkiller429@lulusoccer Destiny was built to be a more casual version of an mmo, but even then it had to have some more casualifying along the years that slowly ruined it (no sunsetting leading to power creep, crafting instead of grinding, trials becoming a joke, no pvp quests after thorn, etc)
@IconIcon137227@Geezaws2 None of his reports are about destiny, hes happy to release another batch of dogshit articles bashing Marathon rather than report on what he says is his "favourite game"
@Clowncarcrash@bluemoonGG_ D2 was a very shit source of income even at its absoloute best.
Activision knew their RoI was dogass, Bungie has always been about making passion projects and if not for freak chance/covid destiny 2 would have NEVER made it till 2026, having a cheaper game out is more sane.
@Demolition_Nuke@theLitchy@Kanasi_86@Bugzvii Hes deepthroating the bottom denominator grifters on twitter so hard he morphed his entire personality to be around a game he doesn't play
