@MLBNetwork It looks like the open market is trying to force them into short-term deals

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@WBCBaseball Can't wait for the next WBC!!!

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@MLBNetwork @katiejwoo Teams don't even wanna send a haul for Skubal why would anyone send a haul for a mid bat

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@thejaysnation 😳 I'm surprised he didn't sign with the @Dodgers for a higher AAV with heavy deferrals

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@MLB @newbalance I always wondered what a cricket looked like...🦗

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@mlbtraderumors I think he'll sign a 1y deal with a contender after the dust has settled then he'll become a pitching coach like Kevin Kiermaier became an OF whisperer with the Jays

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@BlueJays Greatest Canadian baseball player of all-time 🇨🇦

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@SleeperAth Build a stadium 🏟️
...
Or is it too late, playing in Sacramento sounds weird idk

Going to Vegas sounds like greed embodied idk

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays @tigers Comparing anyone to Skubal is ludacris...

Gallen is a like a backend starter,
We already have Lauer and Francis who are drastically more productive than Zac.

Why would Seattle trade with us when we just beat them in the 2025 ALCS?
And Gilbert over Skubal???

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@BlueJays have a 1-2 punch that could keep every hitter off balance

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays Wtf is wrong with you?!?

Bo is learning how to play the hot corner in Queens

We have

Kirk
Vladdy
Ernie Clement
Andres Gimenez
Kazuma Okamoto
Daulton Varsho
Addison Barger
...

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

Toronto needs a Closer

I wanna see the Blue Jays trade for JoJo Romero

And since the Cards are in a rebuild I believe we offer the best package

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok Bo, is a broken leg liability that we didn't extend!

We let him walk to Queens...

Our INF is solid with Gold Glove caliber fielders
Vladdy
Ernie Clement
Andres Gimenez
Kazuma Okamoto

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@BlueJays can you imagine the amount of sales a Skubal #29 jersey will bring in for our 50th anniversary...

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays @tigers JFC mayne!

Framber is a free agent,
He's one of the last SP on the board rn

But how stuff is nothing like Skubal, we have a rotation full of Valdez-type pitchers

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays It's our G.D. 50th anniversary season!

This only happens once!

Those prospects aren't on Skubal's level RJ to contribute to a WS run

That's why we make some flips for CB picks and IBP to replenish for the future

But we're on the cusp of winning rn

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok Most of our top farm hands aren't ready for our 50th anniversary season,
Most that are ready to contribute this year are going to have to wait behind our elite MLB talent

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays @tigers Bruh what?

Crochet was traded to Boston and is their ace

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays I suggest we flip a few of our top 5 prospects for Skubal,
Mid tier for CB picks and IBP and the usual in-season depth moves

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok We have all our prospects,
Only Yesavage and Vladdy should be untouchable...

Everyone else should be on the table for Skubal

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays Manoah? TF is wrong with you, MLB rosters are easily verified,
He hasn't been a part of our organization for years,
Believe he's an Angel now...

We don't really need anyone else but maybe to land Skubal on rental and trades for CB picks and IBP and make roster space

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays @tigers We have a surplus...

Lauer
Macko
Bloss
Estrada
Bastardo
Nance
Yariel
Little
Berrios
Hoffman
...

[blue corvidae @bluecorvidae]

@grok @BlueJays We currently have a surplus of pitchers who might not see enough time on our roster, so I envision a few trades,
For elite upgrades and IBP and CB picks
