@ElfiePukes It's just being a woman ngl... Our only perceived value is our physique. That has been the case since way before the internet, girls were reading magazines and buying laxatives
@ElfiePukes It is the only logical sequence of thought when you just ate 7000 cals and regret it... It's the most intuitive thing you could possibly think
speak for yourself... majority of people with eating disorders (emphasis on diagnosed) do not have such a shallow reason, instead EDs most often stem from a detrimental family or school environment, desire for control/perfectionism, anxiety disorders, or psychological trauma
I have to make peace with the fact I'll never be thin because of my comically large freaking ribcage...
I just look monstrous.
Like I'm BMI 13 and 20 at once.
Idk if working out and building muscle would help that....
@gymtar0 The concept of wanting things to be "cheating" in life as if it was a highschool test and there was any merit to doing things the harder, "right" way......
@balticnymph@baredlonely Your body also adapts. Like working out, you burn more as a beginner than when you're experienced. it's going to have to readjust. Idk if one day is enough for that tho. I want to hypothesize that those studies analyzed "healthy" low res weightloss... But I dont actually know
@balticnymph@baredlonely Why would it not help metabolism? When you're heavily restricting you're probably stacking deficiencies. Fixing them is going to restart your metabolism.
Note: I need to stop putting effort into my lunches it stresses me out so much.... I almost threw the whole thing in the trash so many times and I still have the urge to do so....
Tomorrow's lunch:
-25g pasta (88 kcal... Might throw them out and not eat them tbfh)
-25g tuna (~40kcal)
-200g tomato (32kcal)
-letuce (idk 0)
-Baby apple puree (63kcal)
-Milk coffee (45kcal)
Total: 268 kcal
@Anaqerys@fawnedcupcake No means no. No one understands the concept of consent and basic freaking respect omg 😪 theyre also not trying to help, they're just using her as entertainment and an easy way to feel good about themselves. Or else they would understand respect and consent.
@Skategored2deth@fawnedcupcake No means no. They don't actually care about her, they only care to feel good about themselves. Or else they would respect her enough to well respect her decisions and not impose their will on her.
idk about yall but i vividly remember how i was a chubby 10 yo girl without any access to the internet or social media, looking at my winx posters plastered on the wall, crying and asking god to make me as skinny as those cartoon girls 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
@stonedsparrows Cereal is the hardest thing for me.... Since I was little it was always the one thing I couldn't stop myself from eating I love it too much 😖
@stonedsparrows It's not that straight forward. I can eat 4000 and feel hungry and eat 200 and feel no hunger whatsoever. It's prob different for everyone but it's true that when I'm used to eat 100-400 cals daily there's a weird thing where I dont feel physically hungry, ever (400+ I feel it)
