idk who needs to hear this but people are allowed to grow beyond regrettable things they’ve done. u do not have to remain the person u were at your lowest and u should not let anyone convince u that you aren’t worthy of being loved while becoming a better version of yourself
I think one of the nicest parts of growing older is becoming less concerned with what a good life should look like and more attentive to what a good life feels like to me.
always check your own attitude too. it's not always the world around you, sometimes you are the toxic person. understand that you make mistakes and can hurt people. understand that there are things you need to work on. apologise, unlearn, and relearn, that's growth
It’s strange and beautiful to realise that you can be simultaneously proud of how far you have come and aware that you have barely scratched the surface of who you could become.
i think what made bnd resonate with so many people was the fact that peter was dealing with being human outside of being spiderman. ive never had to save the world but i know what it’s like to feel alone and unable to ask for help and feel not in control and overwork myself
one thing i learned from being sad is you just have to feel it and once you’re done, you just need to go out of the room because life is so much bigger than the room you’ve been living in. trust me, it works.
tom holland saying “i hope the movie can serve as a beacon of hope to young people that, there’s real bravery in asking for hope. and there’s nothing more important than friends, family, and leaning on the people that you love” about brand new day is so perfect to me
I wish technology would stop advancing. We need advancement of living conditions for humans beings, not technological progression that will eventually be placed behind paywalls & allotted for the privileged few
Sometimes “locking in” looks like sitting in the sun and remembering that your life is also meant to be lived, not just optimized, monetized, and turned into proof that you’re worthy.
