#notcing how popbase is so quiet abt arirang’s achivements and the tour being the highest grossing tour by any vocal group and a kpop act in history but they are always so quick to update abt other things to get them dragged
Today in 2020, @BTS_twt's "Dynamite" debuted at #1 on the Hot 100.
The group became the first international band to debut at #1 in the chart’s history and the song was their first of seven #1 hits.
We need to have a chat about this legitimate defamation campaign against BTS and Armys bc accounts with less than 20 followers garnering over 40k likes under a day ain't normal, and gullible teens eating these up and spreading them under the guise of "Kpop endings" is not cute.
SM artists can release brainrot bullshit and everyone will eat it up But when HYBE artists do it they get crucified for it for months 😭 Kpoptwt is full of SM asslickers
Has anyone noticed how social media went from "you can make long ass nuanced posts" to "short posts (twitter), short videos (tiktok), images (instagram)", which actively discourages nuanced explanations and rewards short, quippy "well idgaf you're a freak!" type attitude instead?
They are trying so hard to make #that group BTS successors and its not only not gonna happen cuz their music is genuinely awful, but BTS is literally still around and hasn't even peaked yet, its so disrespectful.
I literally cannot stop laughing like you cant even get angry at those people copying bts cuz its genuinely so hilarious. its only a matter of time when we see more korean traditional folk songs being used, korean identity being talked about, song camps, tour stage/performances and we all must just sit back and laugh 😭✋
