@simple I have had repeated fraudulent charges on my account. I filed a fraud claim 3 days ago and have heard nothing from you. Your phone wait time is over 1 hour and your app throws an error every time I try and lock my card. Help!

@simple The dispute action was never filed- the app and site both say “we cannot process this request please call. When I call I get on hold for 1 hour plus. When I message you through the app nobody acknowledged my message (3 days and counting). What am I supposed to do here?
