In 1937, my maternal grandfather was issued this passport to work as a clerk in Bahrain, where my mother was born in 1945. Today, I’m honored to be here representing my country, remembering my family’s past, and hoping to build an ever-stronger bond between two old allies. 🇺🇸🇧🇭🇮🇳
Busy day at Rave! We notified millions upon millions of people during the great shakeout tests that happened all day! Very proud of the Rave engineering and support teams! #greatshakeout @RaveMSafety
OUC and @RaveMSafety are excited to unveil the District’s newest public safety enhancement tool, the Rave Panic Button. The panic button reduces emergency response time with an instant alert to 9-1-1, on site personnel, and first responders in the event of an emergency.
@allenholub@neil_killick You have a very developer centric perspective. There are times other teams - support or services or remote teams need to be aware of what is going on. Very reasonable.
@neil_killick@allenholub Agree. A meeting that gets everyone on the same page reduces confusion, frustration and money down the road. A productive meeting is well worth the time.
@mikeonitstuff @allenholub@gdinwiddie Well sounds like stickies work best for you. I agree that you should use whatever tool or approach works best for you and your team. I do appreciate your perspective. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
@allenholub@gdinwiddie @mikeonitstuff Not doing that at all. Just trying to ensure all team members - local to remote - have visibility into what’s going on. Works nicely for us. It sounds to me you haven’t used Jira or at least in a while.
@gdinwiddie@allenholub @mikeonitstuff Well that’s unfortunate. The teams I have worked with embraced Jira and find it easy to work with. From an adjustment perspective we don’t seem to have issues.
@allenholub@gdinwiddie @mikeonitstuff I would say deep process flaws occur when using just stickies. Tracking who worked on the use case, when it was completed, team velocity ... all things you can do with Jira. When was the last time you used jira?
