Good advice. Thank you. Started her low and slow on B1 - starting with Benfotiamine and slowly increasing - will try TTFD and Sulbutiamine in the next couple of months. I need to add more copper bisglycinate - but she still has most of her hair color, while losing the outer half of her eyebrows - so doing some iron bisglycinate with 1mg copper bisglycinate until symptoms of iron deficiency start to abate (eyebrows, spoon nails, RLS, decreased appetite...) and then will slowly increase copper to several 1-2mg doses throughout the day. It's dumbfounding how absolutely useless the mainstream medical system is at treating symptoms of natural aging.
