@DMAC_19 Historic building in our portfolio was appraised at $12–14M forever. Historic appraiser came in last year and pegged replacement cost at $33M, which 2X’d the insurance. Crazy part is nobody would ever rebuild it the way it exists today. Feels completely disconnected from reality.
