@amazonmusic part 3...the only thing your service has going for it is great sound quality even with that I have go back to Spotify or try Apple Music. Your services downfalls out way the good. Until you address these issues you will never be able to compete with the competition

@amazonmusic part 2. Integration with Alex is bad, really bad, no volume control with your phone, on play next or queue. Plays different music on Alex than the app on my phone. Crashes, slow searches, pick a song and it stops after the song, doesn't play similar music. Part 3...
