Parliament Rd in Syokimau, always has problems with Electricity. There’s always one phase that is always out every third day. And nothing is been done. When we call the technicians they ask for money. This has become a trend now.

@APAInsuranceKE Upon inquiring with @ToyotaCFAOKE they told me there is no letter from @APAInsuranceKE regarding the claim being approved.
I will never ever recommend anyone to get Insurance from APA and i will also get my insurance cancelled for other vehicles as well.

@APAInsuranceKE I was told to take my vehicle to @ToyotaCFAOKE and then I call my claims officer to talk to them. I reached @ToyotaCFAOKE then I called the Claim Officer several times and he did NOT answer. How unprofessional?

@APAInsuranceKE I had taken my vehicle on 16th March for Assessment in Nairobi. Till now I do not have any concrete response. When you call the Assessment center the phone is not answered. I have to literally have to go to the assessment center all the way from Syokimau.

@ToyotaCFAOKE Toyota Urban Cruiser is the very poor car. I purchased that vehicle it has no power. Just used it for 15,000 KMs
And now the evaluation of that vehicle is at 3.4M!
