સુખમાં સ્મિત અને દુઃખમાં સહારો બને,
દૂર હોય તોય હૃદયથી હંમેશાં પાસે રહે.
રાખડીની દરેક ગાંઠ સાથે એક જ પ્રાર્થના—
તમારા જીવનમાં સુખ, શાંતિ, સમૃદ્ધિ અને સફળતા સદા રહે.

From Inspection to Inspiration 🌱 | A Conversation with Gen Alpha
A school visit is not always about checking records, infrastructure and compliance.
Sometimes, the most meaningful part of an inspection is simply sitting with children, listening to them and understanding their world.
During my recent school visit as an Education Inspector, I had a wonderful opportunity to interact with the young and energetic Gen Alpha. 🤝
Their curiosity, confidence, innocence and the way they look at the world were truly refreshing. It was a superb learning experience for me as well.
I also spent time with students preparing for their Std. 10 Board Examination and shared a few thoughts that I believe are important beyond textbooks and marks:
📚 Stay focused on your goals.
📵 Don't allow social media to control your time and attention.
🧠 Use technology as a tool for learning—not as a distraction.
⏳ Respect the value of your time, especially during crucial academic years.
💪 Believe in yourself and remain consistent in your efforts.
I strongly believe that education is not merely about producing high-scoring students; it is about nurturing focused, responsible, confident and compassionate human beings.
The smiles of these children reminded me once again:
“When we listen to children, we don't just teach them—we learn from them too.”
Grateful for this beautiful interaction and for the opportunity to contribute, even in a small way, to the journey of our young learners. 🌱
Schools are not just places of learning; they are places where the future of society is shaped.
