@AbuDhabi_ADM السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته تم تواصل مع طوارئ بلديه ابوظبى اكثر من 3 مرات على رقم 993 ويتم الرد سيتم ارسال رابط لأرسال الموقع مكان لآسف شديد لم يتم ارسال اي شي مع انه مكان تجمع الماء بسسب مشكله في صرف الصحي في شارع بسبب كثرة الماء قريب راح يوصل صندق الكهرباء

@dutweets السلام عليكم لأسف طريقة الحجز سيئة جدا لغايه هل يعقل انه يتم الحجز و كل شي وتم تأكيد الحجز على الايميل و بعد ساعه نص يتم إلغاء الطلب بدون اي سبب غريبه جدا وانا من عملاء المميزين

@etihad Dear Etihad Airlines Team,
I never had such bad experience with your airlines like today flight. I have paid an extra amount to get an extra seat, and one day before the flight, I got an official email to confirm the same.
on the same day of flight at the check-in the staff has offered a business seats in case if the economy seats are full and there are two seats available then they will move us but they can not confirm at that time because passengers are still checking in so they have told us they found one free business seat on the flight and I have told them that I need an two seats as I'm traveling with my wife .
At that time he told me to inform Air hostesses if they have two business seats available before taking off so they can coordinate with the team for the upgrade.
when we gets in the flight gets a delay from 2:35 pm to 3:15 pm.
I have explained to three of your staff if they can check if there were two available business seats and to check with their team about the discussed we had in the airport before taking off
Unfortunately, non of them checked, non of them give me an answer and they keep moving here and there ignoring my question and what I have asked them to check.
after taking off around 4:00 pm, one of the staff again came asking me about " my colleague told me that you are asking about the business seats?!!) can you tell me ma'am !!!!!!
seriously after taking off, after all delay how they can check with the team about the upgrade!!!!!!
already we were on the sky!!!!!
what an ignorance behaviour your staff have!!
I tried again to explain what we have been told and when I told her I have asked your colleagues , if there is any available business seats no one answered and she told me " oh, sorry for that"
I have asked her how many seats available in business? she answered mm non all the seats full.
and then I told her we already knew there is one seat available, she told me " no, I'm telling you that we can not move you to business seats"
of course she can not move me until she get same from boarding team.
I told her " I'm not asking you about moving me and your answer was that " all business seats full" she said "yes"
I told her there are more that one business seats available?
she could not answer because already she didn't tell me the truth in the beginning?!!!!!!
If they were professional and any of your staff give me a right answer on the right time, they could get in touch with their boarding team before taking off as they told us.
For sure this will be the last experience for me with you and off course I won't recommended your airlines with any of my family or friends.
l am kindly asking you to refund ASAP my extra amount which was paid for a service I couldn't get it.
NOTE: in the economy seats they have moved one of the passengers who had a different seat number to another seat ( which should cost extra payment !!!! seat no 6 D )good job Etihad airlines

In case Etihad can not confirm the same why they should ask the passenger for the same and they sent a confirmation email!!!!!!!
DO NOT OFFER, IF YOU CAN NOT GIVE THE SERVICE ?!!!!!!
