During a recent BAFTA Talk reported by Gamesradar, VP executive producer Marc-Alexis Côté discussed #AssassinsCreed Shadows and commented on its recent controversies:

🔴 "While both Naoe and Yasuke's stories are works of fiction, they will reflect (...) the complexity and interconnectedness of our shared history"

🔴 "Our team's commitment to inclusivity is grounded in historical authenticity and respect for diverse perspectives, not driven by modern agendas"

🔴 "The current climate is tough on our creative teams - They face lies, half-truths, and personal attacks online."

🔴 "Legitimate criticism" remains valuable but must be distinguished from "attacks driven by intolerance."

🔴 In Côté's conclusion, "the answer to hate is to continue creating experiences that celebrate the richness of our world and capture the magic of our collective imagination because in the end, creativity is stronger than fear."

Dang. There have been some great plays from Oner, Knight, On in the first 3 games. But Faker is really in a league of his own when the conditions are right, he just demonstrated it once again. What a beast!

So far, only one-sided games. Not very interesting... Snowballing in League really makes for dull games to watch when it's all decided at 15 minutes but you still have to watch it unfold for another 10.

@colin_fraser Genuine grammatical question. Context: English is not my first language.
People go "the surgeon says "He is my son" hence they cannot be the father and therefore they are the mother". Is it grammatically incorrect for a father to say "He is my son"? What's the catch?
