Last week a Federal Judge found the Corporate Transparency Act, which requires U.S. companies to dislcose to FinCen all persons with ownership in a company, Unconstitutional and an overstep of Congress' power.

The judicial pendulum seems to have really swung towards limiting government powers recently.

And if you (like me) were sweating about filing the BOI requirements before the end of the year, stop sweating, it's now "voluntary" per Fincen. :)
