After reporting my issue regarding the unprofessional and unfair behavior of your shifting staff, I am extremely disturbed to inform you that the situation has worsened. The same shifting staff called me after my complaint and began abusing me and speaking in a highly inappropriate and threatening tone.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling harassed and unsafe. I trusted your platform to provide a professional and reliable service, but instead, I am facing continuous intimidation and verbal abuse.
I demand immediate and strict action against the staff involved. Such behavior not only damages your company’s reputation but also poses a serious threat to customer safety and trust. I request a prompt resolution to this matter, including appropriate disciplinary measures and assurance that such incidents will not recur.
@porterit_ Your service was a complete nightmare!
I booked a house shifting through your app for 12:00 pm, but the team arrived a shocking 3.5 hours late at 3:30 pm and forced us to reschedule on the app for 4:00 pm, leaving us with no choice. This unacceptable delay caused major disruption and inconvenience.
What’s worse, despite the app clearly showing ₹1439 as the fare, the staff demanded ₹1800, arguing and refusing to complete the job unless we paid extra. When I insisted on paying only the app fare and threatened to contact customer care, they intimidated me by saying my account would be blocked. To make matters even worse, they resorted to name-calling and unprofessional behavior. After feeling harassed and threatened, we had no option but to pay the inflated amount just to get our belongings shifted.
This is not just unprofessional—it’s extortion and intimidation. I trusted Porter for a reliable and transparent service, but this experience was nothing short of harassment and exploitation. Immediate action is needed to address this unethical and threatening behavior! #Porter #CustomerService #Unacceptable
It is humanly impossible to live the Christian life. That is precisely why we need Christ to live His life in and through us, whereby we can say, "It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me." (ref. Gal. 2:20)
