Day 1 of the DeSci Bridge Bootcamp was a powerful introduction to the foundations of decentralized science.
A huge thank you to our speakers:
• @bobbydaniel_ from @DeSciBridge
• @1vayou from @Aura_Sci
• @cypherpunkfish1 from @Aura_Sci
• @gianlucadenovi from @circularweb3
From DeSci fundamentals and scientific funding models to IP-NFTs, blockchain infrastructure, and real-world implementation, today's sessions helped participants build a strong foundation for the journey ahead.
Thank you to everyone who joined, engaged, and asked thoughtful questions.
This is only the beginning.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the DeSci Bridge Bootcamp.
To all our speakers, thank you for showing up. We truly appreciate the time and effort you put in.
To everyone who attended, and stayed with us till the very last day, thank you.
I'll be your host for the 3rd and final day of the bootcamp!
Don't miss it as we'll be having speakers talking about the role of AI in scientific discovery, gaps builders can fill in DeSci and ecosystems grow from small communities to global movements.

Our @sshshln joins DeSci Bridge Bootcamp today to talk hypothesis markets, validation, and scientific discovery.
Open science needs better ways to test uncertainty, coordinate insight, and reward early signal.
See you at 3 PM UTC.
Another wonderful speaker, @sshshln , gave a session on hypothesis, validation, and scientific discovery.
She explained Episteme in detail and how it supports the process of forming, testing, and validating scientific ideas in a more structured way.
A key part of her session was a live demo showing how hypothesis forecasting works, walking through how researchers can predict, test, and refine ideas before full scale research begins.
She focused on how tools like this can improve the speed and accuracy of scientific discovery within DeSci.
We had another strong session with @mariafreitasPhD , who spoke on ethics, privacy, and responsible innovation in DeSci.
She summarized her talk in four words: Creative, Limitless, Permissionless, Responsible.
She also introduced an ethics check built around three key questions:
1. Who is harmed if it goes wrong?
2. Who is excluded by design?
3. What happens to the data when the project finishes?
She ended the session by thoughtfully answering questions from participants, bringing clarity to how ethics should guide innovation in DeSci.
Our next speaker @lifeofdanel discussed about Contributor Systems, Proof of Work, and DAO Governance in DeSci.
The session highlights how decentralized communities coordinate contributions, reward active participation, and govern scientific ecosystems through transparent systems.
He also spoke about the systematic challenges within DeSci and the different ways people can get involved and contribute to the ecosystem.

Our current speaker is discussing Data, Privacy, and Identity in DeSci through a breakdown of Vera Anchor.
The session explains how @VeraAnchor helps create verifiable scientific data while protecting privacy and ensuring transparency in research workflows.
A short demo was also shared to show how the platform works in real-world scientific systems.

Our next speaker, @Cypherpunkfish1, shared his perspective on what the future of DeSci looks like.
He gave a clear breakdown of the different areas within DeSci, including open access, data sharing, ownership, transparent funding, infrastructure, and hybrid Trad DeSci systems.
He also walked through a full breakdown of @Aura_Sci and how it works in practice.
Towards the end, he explained @MesoReefDAO and its role within the ecosystem, connecting it to how decentralized science tools are evolving for real world use.
