Appointment for new install booked for today between 8AM-12PM. Technician called at 1PM to say he would be there in 35-45 MINS. That was an hour and 20 mins ago. With no follow up. @adt by @telus

Not only could @adt by @telus not send a sales rep to my house to tell me what system they would recommend, but also made me a sign a 3 year contract just to move service to my new home.
