Loving these โGold Medal Alertโ notifications that @StreamOnMax has included in their @Olympics streams.
A simple yet effective way to increase engagement and streams watched per user.
@gigi_alysee (but also expected).
There were 0 attributed placed orders and click rates < 0.20% associated with the disengaged group.
Since then, they've been mostly only sending to the 'Tier II - Engaged' audience which has put them in a much better place deliverability-wise!
Few things feel better than helping a new @klaviyo client restructure their campaign audience approach and seeing instant deliverability improvements ๐
@gigi_alysee For insights purposes and to help pitch this approach, I created an additional segment:
โข Tier II - Disengaged: the inverse of the 'Tier II - Engaged' segment
The first week they sent to both Tier II audiences, and the contrast in campaign performance was astounding...
@jsappington@DanielDeren_ For inspiration, this screenshot is taken from a game/app Colonist that I downloaded. Would be a dream to see granular release notes published somewhere
Another new feature I just noticed that Klaviyo operators will enjoyโฆ
The date fields in segment criteria definitions FINALLY have a calendar feature (i.e. no more typing in MM/DD/YYYY manually) ๐ฅณ
This new flow completes what I've referred to as the 'core' catalog-oriented alert flows in Klaviyo:
1. Back in Stock
2. Price Drop
3. Low Inventory
Are there any additional catalog-related flows that you'd like to see Klaviyo launch? Hat tip to the Klaviyo team on this one!
See the full dedicated landing page for it below. S/o to everyone at Klaviyo that worked on this release! Excited to share this with clients today ๐

A top 10 @klaviyo feature request (on my personal leaderboard) just got released today...
Say hello to Portfolio โจ
"The smartest way to manage all your accounts in one place"
๐ A few highlights:
1. It's free
2. It's ideal for brands with multiple accounts (e.g. separate Shopify stores for regions)
3. It allows you to manage all of your billing in one place
4. It allows you to view top-level revenue reporting across accounts and filter by channel, message type etc.
