Another fantastic queue at passport control at @berlinairport - this is just not acceptable - 4 kiosks for 400+ people - once again this process will last longer than my flight. It’s the federal police who run the passport control I know - that’s not our problem - it’s Yours.

@berlinairport I am back only a few weeks later and it’s just as bad - massive queue and one booth open for non EU passports - this is so ludicrous - barbaric actually because we’ve been kept on the tarmac for an hour already! @berlinairport and @polizeiberlin please take responsibility!!

@berlinairport passport queues are incredibly slow - this is unfair and will deter tourists from non EU countries - surely it can’t be that difficult to have fully Manned passport control booths - so many people delayed unnecessarily - clearly the system is not working.

@easyJet speedy boarding means nothing in Germany - I’ve been sat on a bus in Berlin airport for over half an hour - many have been forced to stand - we could still be in the waiting room - there is NO benefit to speedy boarding here - it’s a total con. No communication - crap.

@oldvictheatre Glengarry Glen Ross is an outstanding production with a top notch cast. My friend Tony Haygarth was James Lingk in the original. Indira Varma is amazing amongst a stellar cast - Levine is the older salesman we’ve all met - a real treat of a play.
