California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms. Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the petitions’ purpose they were advertising. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.”

Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability. “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’”

We encountered 28 instances of petitioners offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana for signatures on petitions.

Weingart employees advised: “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. Weingart CEO earned $432,000 before resigning from the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency.

James O’Keefe and the OMG Team went undercover on Skid Row, posing as homeless individuals. On hidden cameras, petitioners admitted they are paid $7–$10 per signature, sometimes earning $1,000 or more per day, collecting signatures from individuals with minimal knowledge of what they were signing.

“$7 a signature, $5 a signature, $10 a signature.”

“We gon’ give you $2.”

Populus Inc., a political consulting firm, was circulating petitions funded by @Uber, @Delta, @United, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (@AHLA). On camera, one petitioner said, “We have one that taxes billionaires 5%. One-time tax. 5% and that’s gonna go towards healthcare.” Other petitions sought to overturn LA’s $30 minimum wage for hotel and airline workers.

Paying per signature and encouraging fake addresses violates federal and state election law and is proof of fraud happening in California.

Weingart employees were caught directing the homeless to the location of the petitioners and coaching them on plausible deniability. Intake coordinator Jason Warren told an undercover journalist exactly where and when to find them:

“Most time they be right across the street, under that tree… Monday through Friday.”

In 2016, nine individuals were arrested on Skid Row for exchanging cash and cigarettes for signatures; in 2019 they were charged on 14 counts under the exact same California Elections Code section.

Yet when confronted, nearby LAPD officers dismissed the activity as “a civil lawsuit.”

“Paying per signature violates state election law and is evidence of election fraud in California,” the investigation concludes. On Skid Row, we captured conduct on tape that violates Federal Law 52 U.S. Code §10307 and state law California Election Code §18603.

•144,000 votes separate Senate candidates—but 10,000+ ballots vanished

Why This Matters:

•These numbers are bigger than the margins in major races

•This affects who appears on your November ballot

•Both parties were hit—this isn’t partisan, it’s corruption

THREE SIMPLE RULES THEY BROKE:

Rule #1: Numbers Should Never Go Backwards

•What should happen: Vote totals only go UP as more people vote

•What actually happened: On February 17, the vote count went DOWN seven different times

•Translation: Ballots were deleted in real-time during voting

Rule #2: One Person, One Ballot

•What should happen: Your Voter ID gets one ballot recorded

•What actually happened: 1,549 Republican voters and 54 Democrat voters had MULTIPLE ballots counted

•Translation: The system is stacking extra votes on real people

Rule #3: Your Ballot Stays Counted

•What should happen: Once you vote, your ballot stays in the record

•What actually happened: 66,146 Republican and 10,558 Democrat voter records completely vanished by the end

•Translation: Real votes were erased

This isn’t a theory. This is downloaded government data from the Secretary of State’s website. Every day during early voting, researchers saved a copy of who voted. When they compared those snapshots, the numbers moved BACKWARDS.

That’s mathematically impossible unless someone is inside the system changing records in real-time.”
Supporting fact: The Texas Secretary of State changed the data file format multiple times during early voting and made access intermittent—exactly when researchers were watching.

Whoever controls our elections controls TRILLIONS in state and federal budgets.

This is a national security emergency. Foreign adversaries, cartels, corporate interests—anyone with the resources to breach our systems can now pick our leaders.

President Trump, AG Bondi, and DNI Gabbard need to treat this like the cyber-attack it is and lock it down BEFORE November.

Maricopa County chose the hard way,

Everyone involved is guilty of TREASON.

It took 5 months for Maricopa to send the ballots the Senate subpoenaed.

They sent more than 1,600 boxes of ballots, and every box had seals broken and no chain of custody, except for 50.

Only 50 boxes, of the more than 1,600 boxes received, were sealed with chain of custody.

What took place with the more than 1,550 boxes with no seal or chain of custody?

Did you know that ALL ballots were to be printed on 1 specific type of paper with watermark?

Instead, 9-10 different types of paper was used, mostly from Staples and OfficeMax.

There is a very high degree of certainty that every ballot within those more than 1,550 boxes that arrived with no seal or chain of custody are FAKE AF‼️

Dominion contractor testified that over 30,000 ballots were scanned multiple times in the Michigan 2020 election. Dead people were voting and that the poll books were cooked and easily off by 100,000 registered voters, with turnout rates over 100%.

She also states that her along with multiple other election workers were threatened not to come forward, lost their jobs, and being harassed because they came forward and told the truth. This can not stand for how we live and treat people who tell the truth in America.

As @FBI trucks backed up to the loading docks of the Fulton County election warehouse to seize 2020 records, Georgia State Election Board vice-chair Dr. Janice Johnston is confirming what we have suspected for years:

For four years, she says, the Board has been blocked from accessing Fulton County’s ballots and key documents - even after issuing subpoenas.

Dr. Johnston told @RudyGiuliani:
“My stance all along has been that if there’s nothing wrong with the election and nothing to hide, why not turn ballots over… It’s been a battle the four years that I’ve been on the Election Board.”

She outlined serious issues in Fulton County:
- 18,000 missing ballot images from the official recount
- 10 ballot boxes with 20,000 votes that could not be documented as ever used in the election
- Unsigned ballot box tapes totaling about 310,000 votes (ballots effectively uncertified and never properly attested by poll workers)

During the interview last night, she said:
“As I speak right now… the FBI trucks have backed up to the loading docks at the Fulton County election warehouse… loading up the 700 boxes of ballots and envelopes and election documents to be taken offsite to a safe and secure place to be reviewed and investigated.”

This isn’t coming from a campaign or a pundit.
It’s coming from the vice-chair of Georgia’s own State Election Board.

Katie Hobbs and her co-conspirator Adrian Fontes rigged three elections in a row.

Investigators found “more than 100,000 filled-in ballots and more than $30 million were identified by our investigators in unmarked rental cars. These vans were loaded with the ballots and cash at a private residence in Mesa and driven to Runbeck’s office.

Christina Bobb: “The expert who has certified these machines for the last nine years said that the error that occurred on Election Day (2022) was intentional.
