Most people in Nigeria have little to no savings at all.

You *cannot* run a functional economy using volatile speculative asset like $BTC as a primary currency.

First and foremost they need access to a stable currency to facilitate a productive economy where people have the means to save money.

They need $USD on #Ethereum L2s, and access to decentralized exchanges to allow them to convert savings into their asset of choice.
