@AMussigbrodtMD Thnx for this nice ecg! Higher degree AV block. that it happens during night and that it ends with a typical Wenckebach period favours very much for (benign) intranodal blockage. it was an incidental finding on holter and pat is asymptomatic regarding (pre-)syncope? Then no PM!
