Today, we're announcing Sourcegraph 7.0, a release that marks the beginning of a new chapter for our company and product.
Over the past several releases, we've shifted our focus. We're doubling down on being the intelligence layer that developers and AI agents rely on to navigate, understand, and operate on large codebases.

A month in to focus on @Sourcegraph engineering, and taking some learnings from working on an AI tool the past few months. Fast iteration is key to build lovable products. We're getting ready to ship a lot of stuff 🚀 https://t.co/fHNaPdrDIh
We've been helping organizations with thousands of devs understand & write code in complex codebases, but complex codebases exist in orgs of all sizes, so starting today you can self-serve Sourcegraph & get the best code search & AI code features.

@shitbone127 Thanks for the shoutout! 🎉 To anyone who does try it out: I'm working on the next major iteration of gobenchdata at the moment and I'd love to hear your feedback! https://t.co/k21ZowlFP1
@todoist Also not sure if this is intentional but it seems that on the MacOS app, the restriction is only half applied (you can apply labels to labels that have been created, but can’t create new labels)
