@Bose I am disgusted that now you have refunded the money after failing to deliver you took off the goodwill payment you made to compensate me for all the trouble I had been caused y you failing to deliver the Christmas present (a small speaker) I had ordered on 1st December.

@BoseService But that is the point. You refunded only £83.95 yesterday. On the 27th of December you sent me £36 as an extra amount because of all the trouble and disappointment of not arriving which was an Xmas present. This was compensation. The latest total refund should have been £119.95
