@premierinn when have we had to ask reception to put on heating. It’s freezing. We were up & down all night as our children were so cold. Then on showering this was the clean towel. I appreciate the present financial difficulties but we didn’t get a budget hotel for this reason

@Longleat is anyone else experiencing difficulty booking for disabled guests. We’re annual pass holders and more than happy to pay £1 booking but they want us to check in between 12-2 but it’s not dark then and our daughter wouldn’t cope being that cold waiting for it to go dark.

Anyone else been ripped off by @Ryanair lost our flights first lockdown so had to pay to move them. Had to pay again as didn’t want to put them out of business so rebooked for June 2021 for a 0905 flight. They have moved it for free to 1810 without informing us. @MartinSLewis

I have done this says delivered. It hasn't been. You can see by my account I order a lot. This is the only time I have had an issue with the delivery. I'd like a replacement or my money back. I don't want to do a charge back for good not received. I'd rather you resolved it.
