The question is poorly posed, as we don’t know if these children are coming from outside these men or these wives so assumptions have to be made and they’ll be various correct answers based on those assumptions personally I’m going with there are 49 wives plus 7 men meaning 56 persons in that first generation now for the next generation, here’s where the huge assumptions have to come in I’m assuming that means that that man in his seven wives produce one child per wife that allows for each man to have seven children, and for the total of his seven wives, there are seven children so I come up with 49 children add that to the 56 persons and I would enter 105 total people
