@RogerMarshallMD Sir, with all respect, you are absolutely full of shit. This mess was 100% caused by the Beloved Leader walking away from the JCPOA rather that doing the work to extend it. Lives lost. Money wasted. And a sharp hardening of the Iranian regime. It is impeachable bullshit.
@russvought Getting desperate? The Dems are asking for something 75% of Americans -- and 50% of Republicans -- want. So instead of making a deal and moving on, y'all are denying something with overwhelming public support.
@JDVance Y'all can bitch and moan all you want, but the truth is that the overwhelming majority of Americans -- including 50% of Republicans -- want the subsidies extended. Y'all are refusing to give the people what they want... that's at the root of the shutdown.
@Heminator Check out the history of the FCC’s “fairness doctrine.” The argument put forth in the 80s was that cable etc meant that limited spectrum no longer created scarcity. The FCC concluded that the doctrine was no longer in the public interest.
@thehowie Sensitivity of PSA for stage 4 prostate cancer ain't that high. It might be "odd" but it's definitely not inconceivable that this got missed, even before before reaching stage 4... especially if aggressive. Stature and access doesn't guarantee a sensitivity & specificity of 100%.
@cryptokyle_33@ToddZywicki@Gladwell An absolute 2% reduction in the chance of death among children with zero evidence of additional adverse events is downright whopping.
“I'm just saying they don't need to have 30 dolls. They can have three. They don't need to have 250 pencils. They can have five." — Trump
Where are my free market finance bros now?
Sound a wee bit like an authoritarian planned economy?
Y’all feeling great again yet?
@ChairmanWhatley This has absolutely zero to do with election integrity and absolutely everything to do with your side trying to keep eligible voters from having their voices heard. Y'all should be ashamed.
@scue@samstein Technically, he "permanently barred" anyone who contributed to Haley's campaign from "the MAGA camp." I suppose he could argue there's a distinction between voting and contributing, and between the MAGA camp and voters at large. But he doesn't worry about being caught in a lie.
@mattwridley "probably" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, Matt. We simply don't know, and probably never will. Any guesses on the chances at this point will look a lot like one's priors. Get better soon.
@tedcruz I kind of agree. But I would really agree if you and your colleagues would call Trump's lies about losing in 2020 election interference as well. (And please stop preaching about voting rights while making voting more difficult for legit voters.)
