@Finsup22 were we worried about this guy and the early contract? LOL … hope you’re well.

British Columbia has just set a modern record for the amount of land burned in a wildfire season, eclipsing over the weekend the 2018 mark of 13,543 square kilometres.

And, of course, it's only the middle of July.

@angusreid64 💯… sports teaches as much BS as it does good… it’s the quality of coaches who understand the macro of athlete development, competition and… you noted… reward systems that make “youth sport” values shine.

📽️ Stunning footage has been uncovered of @EnglandRugby v @FranceRugby in 1911, showing the first time that France took to the field at @twickenhamstad.

It is believed to be the oldest footage of an international test match in existence!

@rwd01 How do ALL parties hold themselves responsible to grow around the needs and mistakes of its members? More work for everyone but far longer lasting healing and capacity.

[Ryan Neufeld @bobneuf]

@rwd01 Shaped my practice way back in 2003 maybe? Responsibility of the entire community still resonates.

Suicidology update: School closures & Child suicide

These economists *really* analyse the data in technical ways to demonstrate the key point i made way back:

Child suicide dropped tremendously when "school shutdowns highest," & increased when schools opened

@CindyDalglish @SteinCarrie @LangleySchools @BCEdAccess @InclusionBC @humanrights4BC @bcedplan @KasariGovender I agree. I’m blessed in my room to have parents and staff that engage openly and honestly. It allows us to see each others needs more clearly, with humility, more often. Never perfect but the result can been seen in our kids faces. I fear the growing divide. Thx 4 the chat.

[Ryan Neufeld @bobneuf]

@CindyDalglish @SteinCarrie @LangleySchools @BCEdAccess @InclusionBC @humanrights4BC @bcedplan @KasariGovender We also know that current structures of schools are hard on most kids. We know we structures times on adult community needs rather than child biology. So considering adjustments based on a student needs has merit. The valid concern is who + how that choice is made of course.
