@CalebIronscribe @MrAndyNgo @DataRepublican Im 68 years old, I've used the 30.06 for 50 years, i took a 400 lb black bear this spring, I've taken mule deer at 500+ yards, the bullet was a complete pass through of both front shoulder blades. A human neck would not stop a 30.06 bullet at that range.

@FarmGirlCarrie My wife got student loans to get a degree in oilfield engineering, we then went to the Bakken. Paid it off in 4 years. The secret is to get a degree in something useful, and pay the loan off promptly.
