Russia's mask is off. State Duma deputy speaker Pyotr Tolstoy just admitted on air that their strategy isn't victory through combat, it's deliberate, sustained terror to break the Ukrainian people so completely that they greet Russian troops with hands raised in surrender.

A mainstream, credible perspective. the second-highest figure in the Russian parliament openly calling for the mass demoralization of civilians through constant bombing.

They're doing exactly that right now in Kyiv region. What used to be night-time alerts lasting a few hours has become all-day, round-the-clock drone terror designed to last weeks and months.

The capital and its 5 million residents have been turned into a frontline zone. Old civil defense protocols are useless.

The goal is psychological collapse: exhaust, divide, crush the will to resist. They spent 30 years lying about who the “brotherly people” really are.

The same ones who now say "They're not to blame. just children" while planning to bomb those children into submission.

Every Russian missile and drone hitting residential buildings isn't random. It's policy.

Tolstoy said it out loud: they want Ukrainians so broken they stop fighting. Moscow has shifted from failed blitzkrieg to industrialized psychological warfare against civilians because they cannot win on the battlefield.

They are losing men at a catastrophic rate. Their objectives are collapsing.

So they doubled down on terror, the weapon of those too weak to fight a real military campaign. Ukraine will not break.

The more they terrorize, the clearer it becomes what we are actually fighting: not an army, but a terrorist state that openly declares its intention to bomb civilians until national spirit collapses. That spirit isn't collapsing.

It's hardening. And every day of their barbarism only ensures that when this ends, there will be zero mercy for the butchers who planned it.

A report from Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Oleh Ivashchenko. Our military intelligence has established that, according to internal Russian documents, certain categories of exports from the aggressor state have already fallen by 80% this month alone. These are significant losses for Russia’s federal budget, as well as for regional budgets that were already on the verge of bankruptcy as it was. The Russian side acknowledges that the ships of its Black Sea fleet are basically blocked in Novorossiysk as a result of our drone strikes and are unable to operate at sea. The Russian leadership cannot find a way out of this situation.

Since the Russian fleet is unable to convoy commercial vessels and the shadow fleet entering the relevant ports, among the solutions considered are equipping civilian vessels with small arms, electronic warfare systems, and military personnel. We will prepare appropriate response measures to Russia’s militarization of shipping.

Military intelligence confirms the high effectiveness of our deep strikes, particularly against Russian military production facilities and oil industry sites. According to the available data, based on information from the Russian side itself, after a series of our long-range sanctions against the Kamensky Plant in the Rostov region, the Russians lost a significant share of their capacity to produce solid-fuel rocket engines.
