@AJWTheology But I do think that Challies has some valid points about some thinness in Comer at points. He is excellent at recognizing cultural problems, but all of the books of his I've read come back to the same prescriptions (Rule of Life, especially).

@AJWTheology I've benefited from the writing of both men, so I was eager to read Challies' review. I thought his presumption was off-putting, though, and wish he had given Comer more benefit of the doubt rather than categorizing him with Emergent or other authors.
