@O2 I am still very unhappy with my service from o2 pay as you go sim. 1) Network coverage is poor / patchy; calls keep dropping 2) 4G data speeds very slow 3) still receive spam balance messages from o2. I would like a refund for this product which does not deliver as advertised

@ServicesGovAU I want my digital covid vax certificate added to digital wallet. I need to link IHI service to myGov for this. I entered my IHI number. I have both UK & Aus passport. If entering Aus passport number it says cannot verify. If entering UK passport I get this error:

@ServicesGovAU I came from UK and got reciprocal Medicare card, as I was not an Aus citizen at time (so not sure if that is ‘proper’ Medicare no?). Seemed to expire after few years and I didnt renew. Would I keep / renew this number, or get a new one when I became Australian citizen ? See pic:

@ServicesGovAU My Medicare has expired. The link states: “If you’re not eligible for Medicare, you can use the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service through myGov to get proof of your vaccinations.” I can’t add the IHI service to MyGov to my MyGov do this. How do you advise I proceed?

@ServicesGovAU I have IHI and linked MHR to MyGov, and accessed my imm. statement. It is not showing my covid vax. My vax provider tried to get AIR staff to correct, but AIR could not fix. I want to fix. How will you make sure Australians can access proof of their covid vax?

@ServicesGovAU I called that no, told to call my vax provider. Vax provider said they had tried AIR update, but AIR said unable to link my IHI to my Imm history. AIR told vax provider to tell me I had to call 1800 723 471 (@MyHealthRec) to fix. I have been on hold to MHR around 2 hours total
