最近来自中国社会内部的两大明显信号：

一是老梁（梁宏达）谈中国财政危机的视频爆火。

二是梁建章据说因为谈人口问题过火受到某种惩处（我是在网上看到消息的，如果有误 ，请指正）。

这两位的出发点都是国内的民生，他们本来也一直是建言派或改良派。他们之所以变得“极端”起来，显然与国内局势的恶化甚至让人绝望有关。

这两位也都算是有成就的人���，而且社会阅历丰富，不会像年轻人那样冒失地讲话，也不太可能是为了博流量而故意夸大其词。他们的出位显然是某种集体性社会情绪和潜意识的喷涌和表面化。

而且他们还指出了解决问题的方向，那就是中国总的政策应该向内关注民生，而不要搞宏大叙事的向外扩张。

这都是一些真心话，也是符合中国现实需要的金玉良言。希望他们都能平安，也希望当局能够听进去他们的一点建言，至少不要打击他们。

如果这些掏心窝的话不被聆听甚至被打压，接下来的局面便不好收拾了。

山东临沂“有一个大学老师叫做邢斌”，为了更深入研究外卖骑手群体的生活状态，选择注册成为外卖骑手。

之后他根据自身经历写了一篇关于外卖骑手的文章，被媒体报道后意外走红。

邢斌火了之后，中国总工会、市场监管总局来过临沂几次，讨论外卖员的权益保障问题。

邢斌发现要把这些细节讲清楚，需要长期跟踪，短期体验并不能体现细节，于是他在24年底再次注册成为专职骑手。

2025年3月2号，天气预报说那天会下雨，而且会下的很大。

邢斌的妻子劝��不要再去送外卖了，但他坚决要去，因为他觉得在恶劣的天气里，一些兼职的��包骑手可以选择下线，但受到强约束的站点的专送骑手是不允许退出的，他是为了采集这些信息，必须跑。

当邢斌冒着大雨送外卖的时候，他心里始终有一个问题，就是这些人为什么要接受这种生存的方式？

结果因为雨天路滑，再加上有些分心，遭遇了车祸。
当时那个司机把他搀到人行道上，他刚一坐起来，站点的电话就打过来了，因为后台能看到骑手的GPS停下来了。
站长问怎么回事儿？邢斌说自己刚发生交通事故。

站长没好气道：“你不要跟我说事故的事儿，你手里还有几单？”

邢斌说还有三单。

站长说：“你现在就把这三单给我送过去。”然后就把电话挂了。

后来是那位撞他的司机开车带着他，趟着水送完了这三单。
邢斌送完单之后去医院拍了片，医生说需要在家休息14天，第二天他就把病历发给了站长，一是想问能不能走保险，二是表示自己需要在家休息。

站长一直没有回复，后来邢斌主动打电话过去，站长说你在家歇着吧，保险走不了。

邢斌问：“我每天要交8块钱意外险，保险为什么走不了？”

站长说：“交保险是站里统一管理，你这种情况不属于保险范围。”

之后站长也没有解释什么属于保险范围。

5天以后，也就是3月7号那天，站长给邢斌打电话，说明天就得来上班。

邢斌说自己下不了床，14天以后还得再去复查。

站长说必须来，要是不来就算旷工。

那时他在想，如果一个靠这口谋生的骑手，你可能就得去，所以第二天邢斌去了。

第二天邢斌艰难的拄着登山杖去到站点，按照骑手的惯例是给站长买两盒烟，让他给想想���法，看在自己受伤的份上少派一些单。

于是他花了60块钱买了两盒烟送给站长，站长收了烟之后承诺：“今天就按最低标准来，只要跑够9个小时25单就行了。”我主动给你派单，这样时间会比较宽松。

邢斌就这样干了一天，但是因为伤病未愈，回到家后疼的更厉害了。

3月9号早上，站长在微信上给他发今天排的什么班。

邢斌还是去了，开完早会以后他跟站长说：“你看我这个情况，走路都很成问题。”

站长说：“你干不了就‘强离’。”

他工作的这个站点有个规定，想要离职需要提前45天，否则就算强行离职，正常离职本来是四块四一单，但是强行离职的话，工资就只能拿一块多一单。

当天下午2点多的时候，邢斌完全崩溃了，膝关节撑不住，没有完成站点的最低标准。

晚上站长给他打电话，质问道：“你到底是能干还是不能干？”

邢斌说：“今天我这个情况你也看了，我已经坚持一天半了。”

当时邢斌反问站长：“我病休期间，不跑单站里也不给开工资，你逼着我非得去干什么？”

站长没有解释，只问明天能不能来？

邢斌说自己去不了，随后他就被踢出了站点群，拉黑了工号。

就这么的，邢斌就被算做“强离”了，本来应该给他开5000多的工资，最后一共给他发了2600块钱，一单按不到2块钱结算的。

而且工号被拉黑，封号是骑手最害怕的，直接断了生计。

3月12号邢斌去了人社局“维权”，他的诉求是三个：一确认和站点的劳动关系，二履行意外险赔偿，三就是欠他的工资要付。

填好申请表后，人社局说20个工作日内给他打电话。

到期后没有消息，邢斌就打12345催办，12345回复人社局说正在协调，6个��之内给你回复。
6个月之后还是���有结果，邢斌很气愤，又打12345催办，然后就一直催办到了2026年3月份，事情已经整整过去了一年，未获任何回应。

到了26年6月份，人社局的一位工作人员给他打电话，说站长想在站点现场协商。

邢斌说去不了，他的要求是可以去劳动监察大厅，他和站长还有监察大队的工作人员三方调解，对方没有同意。

然后就是7月21号12345来电话，大意是说这个调解流程走完了。

但是邢斌的那些诉求最终都没有得到回应。

至始至终，邢斌都没有跟站点的人或者人社局提过自己大学老师的身份，因为他想看看一个普通的外卖员遇到类似的情况，想维权、确认劳动关系会遇到哪些问题。

最近有媒体报道了，人社局也去过站点查看数据什么的，但到现在平台和站点没有任何联系过他。

至于为什么平台和站点这么有恃无恐？

因为邢斌签署的外卖配送员协议上明确写着：您与我司通过本协议建立合作关系，适用《民法典》和其他民事法律，不适用《劳动合同法》。

有人不明白为什么合同里会这么写。
因为部分平台为规避用工责任，会引导骑手注册个体工商户，以“合作承揽协议”替代劳动合同，所以合同里会有这一条。

The whole “20x” in Claude’s pricing is so misleading.

The $100 plan says 5x Pro limits, while the $200 plan says 20x Pro limits. That makes it sound like you’re getting 4x the usage.

But the 20x applies only to the 5-hour usage window. The weekly limit is basically just 2x the $100 plan.

I spent way too much time digging through the internet and Reddit to figure this out. They could’ve just stated the limits directly instead of marketing it as “20x.”

The conniving part of Luckey’s H-1B argument is the statistical bait-and-switch.

He’s making a case about H-1B/high-skilled tech immigration, but then cites broad statistics about “immigrants” generally. That category can include family-sponsored immigrants, employment-based immigrants, refugees and asylees, diversity-visa immigrants, people who immigrated decades ago and are now citizens. Also depending on the dataset, either temporary or unauthorized immigrants.

So even if his figures about return migration and remittances are accurate for the population being studied, you cannot simply apply them to H-1B workers. Different populations, incomes, occupations, education levels, immigration pathways, and incentives to stay.

And high-skilled immigrants who leave the U.S. aren’t necessarily leaving because they happily decided to “take their savings home.” Visa constraints and employment-based green-card backlogs. Particularly for Indian and Chinese workers can make remaining in the U.S. extraordinarily difficult.

Meanwhile, the irony of using broad immigrant statistics to argue against high-skilled immigration is that Indian immigrants, who are heavily represented in the H-1B/high-skilled pipeline, are estimated to have one of the largest positive economic and fiscal impacts of any major immigrant-origin group. One recent analysis estimates that the average Indian immigrant reduces the national debt by more than $1.6 million over 30 years and increases GDP more than immigrants from any other country. And remittances aren’t the same thing as money simply “leaving the U.S. economy.” Immigrants spend most of their earnings domestically, pay taxes, and contribute to economic activity before sending money abroad.

If your argument is about H-1Bs, show H-1B data only. Don’t take statistics about immigrants as a whole, strip away the context behind why people leave, ignore the economic contribution of the highly skilled populations you’re actually discussing, and then present it as an argument against high-skilled immigration.

Would expect a better argument and not gaslighting from a man who has been a role model until now. Remember, this guy got $1 million from Peter Thiel at age 19 as a college dropout for an idea —> pure unfiltered nepotism and overselection.
