@BillyPittsburgh Loved seeing Davis smash that HR. He crushed that pitch (don’t understand Astros pitcher throwing all fastballs to him!). Ozuna i still think is past his prime but almost have to see him through it as they will need his bat if they want to play games in October .

@BillyPittsburgh The biggest issue I see is Kelly’s pen mgmt. If they moved Mlod to be a high leverage/bulk guy then why are they saving him for J Jones games rather than winning games they have in the bag. Maybe it’s coming from the GM as Jones has limits to his pitch count w/injury history

@BillyPittsburgh I’d like to see them alternate Righy/left bats more. Griff, Lowe, Nicky g, Reynolds’s, Cruz, ozuna, Horowitz

@BillyPittsburgh I’d like to see griffin lead off. Has ++speed and has shown great plate discipline for his age. Nicky G is too much of a clutch hitter with RISP to bat lead off. He needs to be in high RBI situations.

@BillyPittsburgh Davis could be Johnny Bench defensively but he cant be in the lineup as much as he is with these splits: .141/.248/.239.The defensive prowess doesn’t outweigh the futility at the plate. Ozuna has been awful even with mini heater in May.Won’t even b able to deal him at deadline

@BillyPittsburgh But I’ll still watch b/c they are a better offensive team overall, Griffen will be and Skenes is currently a beast. Have to stick with Cruz in center as they have no positional depth to move him elsewhere. But they will likely finish as a bottom dweller in the NL cen. which sucks

-the awful offensive performance from the catcher spot is crushing this team
-Triolo can’t be an everyday player
-Need to add to the pen (move bubba to closer role as he has + stuff )
I’ll still watch but they are wasting skenes years
