Sir, Nagpur–Pune GaribRath (12114) is now reaching Pune about 1 hour earlier due to infra upgrades. However, it waits at Daund to match the old time and reaches at 9:30 AM. Kindly finetune schedule to allow an 8:30 AM arrival at Pune, benefiting passengers. 🙏

@RailwaySeva The issue marked as resolved after water was filled once. However, within an hour the water was exhausted again, leaving the toilets without water. I closed the complaint in good faith, expecting a permanent solution—not a temporary refill. @RailMinIndia @DRMBilaspur @drmpune

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @drmpune Again travelling on Train 12850 in Coach S2. PNRs: 8648023804 (03/07), 8348353841 (10/07), 8936810661 (17/07), 8937411664 (31/07). Every trip: no water supply, dirty and smelly toilets. Repeatedly reported but never fixed permanently.

@RailwaySeva While I am aware of the situation, I would prefer a response grounded in facts rather than generic assurances or stereotypical explanations. At present, no change has been observed only the ticket appears to have been opened and closed without any meaningful action or resolution.

Train 12129 Azad Hind Express at Pune today was severely overcrowded. Staff issued fine receipts allowing extra passengers to board beyond the waitlist, making it unsafe. Confirmed passengers couldn’t access seats. Please investigate and act. @RailMinIndia @Central_Railway

@RailwaySeva Thank you. It is hoped that this approach will be effective and that, going forward, staff will refrain from onboarding passengers beyond capacity merely on the basis of fine receipts, without due consideration of operational limits.

@SHEKHARsatbara सर, लेख छान आहे विनोदी ��्हणून मनोरंजक आहे. पण एकांगी आहे... लोकांची कामे होत नाहींत किंवा वेळेत होतं नाहीत हे ही तेवढचं सत्य आहे. सनदशीर मार्गाने आपले म्हणने मांडणे यात गैर नाही. जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांकडून लोकांची फार अपेक्षा असते ... फी लावण्यापेक्षा स्वतंत्र grievances विभाग असावा.
