Charlie- I think that you have a great idea with anything with incentives. Offering students a t-shirt to get them into "the door" and then students could really open up once they are involved more in-depth.

2.) Universities do a great job of sending mass emails to students about mental health workshops or options. Also, I know some schools do a mental health awareness month where they hold different types of programs targeted at mental health issues.

1.) For students to use the university-provided help maybe the university could hold help centers for people to identify the common signs of mental health issues. So it could result in a peer on peer help.
