Yet another disappointing experience with @Hertz, with literally no flexibility in policy or rationale for it. Inspired to try another provider moving forward, it expect I won’t be thrilled by anyone else either these days.
It’s been a week and half since we dropped off our @Hertz rental (on time) and have submitted 5 close requests, and multiple calls and emails, and still the account is not closed, without a formal issued receipt. @Hertz, pls HELP.
Yet another @AmericanAir cluster at SNA. Boarded us, only to then let us know we’re two hours delayed, and have to reroute to the south and land to refuel before getting to NYC. This is why I almost always fly @Delta. Send help.
Arguably the worst flight yet - @Delta, #DL0548 was without working wifi the entire time. Reset it several times, paid for it 3 times, and still managed to get nothing done. A waste of a day!
The best part, @Delta … and what’s so hilarious (not actually), is my bag, which arrived to the gate AFTER me, made it on the plane. The plane waited for my bags, but not the human in the seat.
Well, @Delta … despite arriving to my gate with 12 mins to spare, 2 mins before doors are supposed to close, the doors were closed (early!)… asked multiple supervisors, and they called the pilot, and despite my best efforts, everyone refused to open them.
