As a rheumatologist I was speaking to this week said; There’s far too much emphasis put on hypermobility. Lots of unnecessary scare-mongering because someone is a bit bendy.
Bronner (2018) found both hyper & hypo mobility to be risk factors for injury in adolescent dancers 🤷🏼♀️🤔
