Bog pine dendroecology

The project aim is to study the effect of weather conditions and water regime on the radial growth of Scots pine in bog pine forest in Białowieża.

Dr. Andrei Popa (National Institute for Research and Development in Forestry 'Marin Drăcea', Romania) was an IBL Fellow for three weeks in November. During this time he visited @DendrolabIBL Białowieża and worked on the oak project at @DendrolabIBL Sękocin.
