All of the 'protections' in place are just a facade... they look good on paper, they make it LOOK like this is a power that CAN'T be abused... but it can, and I'll show you EXACTLY how.

The real counter to this tyranny is to get PRIVACY enshrined as a RIGHT in Australia. But that's tricky given we have NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS in this country.

... but whilst it's tricky, I think there's a way, and I think this very legislation might be the key to get PRIVACY as a RIGHT in Australia...

Law-abiding farmers and shooters in rural NSW are about to lose their guns for next to no compensation.

Minns and Albanese have announced a massive, forced buyback starting in November. Up to 50,000 owners. 274,000 firearms. Most people are capped at four guns. Primary producers are capped at ten. Compensation is fixed and far too low.

This isn’t about safety. Terrorists won’t hand their weapons in. It’s punishing rural NSW for the failures of Labor governments that did not protect us.

Libertarians stand for your fundamental right to own firearms for pest control, sport and self-defence, as private property and as a check on government power. Unlike Labor and the Liberals, who joined together to pass these laws, the Libertarians have been fighting them from the start.

There is only one solution to the free speech crisis in Australia - a constitutional amendment which prohibits the government from curbing what information you can and cannot access.

Most constitutional amendments fail.

9 months until the NSW election (13 March 2027).

Polling out today suggests this election is competitive.

We can make the Minns Government the first since 1930 to be a one term government.

Key point is this: the left have trained their voters of the critical importance of preferencing other parties on the left. Right-wingers are far less likely to preference ... and if we keep doing that, we will have long term Labor Governments.

NSW is the only state where preferencing is optional ... so the number one factor in this coming NSW election is whether right of centre voters give their vote maximum power by preferencing five to six parties on the right?

Sarah Game MLC has successfully passed her bill to ban third-trimester abortions in the SA upper house.

Congratulations to Sarah Game and Professor Joanna Howe on securing the first pro-life bill to pass a house of parliament in Australia!

Premier Peter Malinauskas has now taken the historic step of moving Game’s bill to the lower house for a vote tonight.

The pro-abortion establishment is in damage control, knowing full well that most Australians strongly oppose late-term abortions.

In a few weeks, the Senate will vote on the ASIO Amendment Bill (No. 2)—and every Australian who values freedom under the law should be paying attention.

This Bill doesn’t just extend extraordinary powers—it makes them permanent. Powers that were meant to expire by March 2027 would instead become ongoing.

It expands compulsory questioning for adults and even minors, weakens safeguards, limits access to legal counsel, and lacks proper judicial oversight.

These are not ordinary powers. They allow the state to compel answers under threat of penalty. That is a serious intrusion into personal liberty.

Of course, national security matters—but it must never come at the unchecked expense of freedom.

For these reasons, I will NOT be supporting this Bill.
