Unpopular opinion: distribution beats product 9 times out of 10.

I have a live product with real revenue and I still say the hardest part is getting people to see it.

My SaaS, https://t.co/krEjYjyQV1 is growing but I want that MRR way higher.

And Sugar Panic, my iOS app, has barely started its real distribution.

Same lesson twice: the product is not the bottleneck. Reach is.

Yesterday was my biggest day ever: $1,144 in one day. 70% profit margin.

And I did it with no cofounder.

Here is the sauce 👇

1. I found my exact ICP. Stopped selling to everyone. Repositioned the whole business around one buyer.

2. New offer. New landing page. Multiple offers and price points. Ran lots of A/B tests until it converted.

3. Paid ads. Made 100+ creatives. Static images made with AI. UGC videos made with AI. Even recorded myself, and my wife too. Tested hard. Tried them all. Simple campaign structure.

4. Email sequences to grab the money left on the table.

5. Doubled down on what worked. Then scaled it.

No secret trick.

Hard work, patience, and thousands of hours on YouTube learning Meta ads and landing pages.

A year and a half ago I could not code. Now I run a product doing $1K days.

The journey is just getting started.
