@RoyalMailHelp Arranged for 4 Parcels to be collected from me on Sat 9/10/21, All were scanned on collection. Now 4 emails state differently, the first collected scanned ok the other 3 giving timed almost hour later claimed NOT collected due to 1 x no access and 2 x no safe place

I think too many adverts in the longest known ad breaks ever is the blame.

@salimhafejee @RoyalMail Hi Salim, same here the sites been going round in circles until it Errors out because of too many logins (even though it doesn't log me in) for over a week now. I have complained to no avail. Mail deliveries are also erratic. Can't keep blaming Covid.

Why is the British Gas site for energy tariffs been out of action all week, does nobody monitor it. Just get the same repeated "looking into it" message after putting all details in at every attempt.

Whats the point of a tracking number when no body scans it. Happens far too often with Recorded or Standard Parcel.

Keeps saying my login details are wrong BUT they are same as always was.
