Shavkat Abshukurov, an Uzbek trucker from Maineville, investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol after a 13-year-old reported being raped inside his commercial truck’s cab on an I-76 ramp in North Jackson (Mahoning County); he was charged in 2022, convicted on multiple counts in August 2026, and sentenced to 25–30.5 years.
