@BandQ What an absolute shambles you are as a company. Earlier this year I had to wait 5 months for a refund on a product that wasn't delivered. I should have learned, but am now waiting for a delivery that is *two weeks* late. Any idea where it is??

Hey @Tesco care to explain your policy that means as a (clearly) 54 yr old shopping with my 13yr old daughter I am asked to provide ID as I "might want to sell my bottle of wine to her"?? How would me showing ID prevent me from doing that?
