@KenyaAirways just about to board KQ763 Johannesburg to nairobi, business class. The plane is not the scheduled 787it is a 737. No lie flat bed. Your staff response, “it’s only 4 hours” well my ticket was £2600 so if it’s only 4 hours how about £600 back because it’s only money
Actuall, it may have been Jessica Slade. Didn’t believe me because of “the way i looked at her”. The rude man admitted he told me to have a couple more beers but denied saying “jog on” which he actually said multiple times and easily loud enough for staff and passengers to hear
@Gatwick_Airport the worst level of service at security. Told to “jog on” and “go and have a couple more beers” by a security staff member. Asked for a manager and was met by Rebecca Slade who told me I was wrong. If anyone in the airport actually cares im in the no 1 lounge

@TNLUK your contact centre is hopeless. Every time I call hours waiting. You have locked me out of my account that has a balance on it, yet I can not get any support. been weeks now

@CameronHouseLL staying this week in our lodge. The customer care has cratered. Awful not 5 star. For clarity I am talking about the hotel and resort. Not the lodge. Staff don’t understand customer service they just want to talk policy. I may be a lodge owner but I spend £1000-£1500 a week in the hotel and resort when I come. That make me a patron of those businesses also. It’s appalling. Don’t want to come back but have invested for 20 years. Poor poor poor on so many levels. Worse they don care.
@airfrance@airfrance Last night I flew Air France business class from a Paris to JoBurg. Last week I flew London to Nairobi via Dubai return on Emirates. I think we all recognise the Emirates reputation as one of the best. But let me tell you. The customer experience on Air France knocked spots off Emirates. It was amazing. Friendly, empathetic, caring. Air France are my new favourite airline. If I have contacts in Air France or contacts who know people at Air France please contact me. I was on the CDG to JNB that left Paris at 21.00 on 2/11/24. The business class
