@TripppleSeven7 Most likely an incorrectly entered performance data into the FMC combined with a flex take off setting to conserve fuel and reduce wear & tear on the engine. Pilots routinely do this to reduce the stress on the engines, but can also have access to the TOGA in case of emergencies
