@hailey_salvian@DarylIsQueen9 I think the bigger issue with TO is that they keep making confounding moves. Shelton for O’Brien and the Shelton protection over Maltais, Compher or Gentry. Zero confidence that this FO can put together a team that can score goals and now they lost their leading scorer to boot
@SaraCivian Also happens in coed. Where I’ve been full on body checked into the boards. Didn’t say a word to the player, stayed on my feet but then got told that if I didn’t like it I shouldn’t play mens league (Again this was coed) when he got called for a penalty b/c it’s noncontact league
@SaraCivian Every women that has played at any level of ‘boys’ or ‘mens’ hockey has experienced this. Especially when the that women is better that the men, extra bad in beer league. Where the refs and league reps will feed you platitudes but utimately do nothing. Experience first hand lots.
@ramit question. Owe $2000 on taxes this year. Can reduce that to $0 by putting $4500 into RRSP(Canadian) but would need to take $2500 from emergency fund... do I pay the taxes or contribute to RRSP? (Would still have some $$ in savings but less than 1 month salary.)
@rammindan @hanafbaby @CP24 First stage of condo construction. In one of the rounds of non-essential service closures they stopped new building permit from being issued. This will allow the first part of that permit and for shoring and excavation to begin.
@discokuusisto@laddie There is not currently any development application for anything that includes your building right now though so if they are it is very early stages and would be months/year away from the point where you would need to move out.
@discokuusisto@laddie If they are redeveloping your building they have an obligation to pay moving expenses and rent support for your temp rental + offer you a similar unit in the new building at your current yet (or possibly with small increase)
